Aircraft maintenance is set to take off in China's tropical island province, Hainan. After two years of development, a once barren piece of land near Meilan International Airport has been transformed into a one-stop aircraft maintenance facility. International planes come to the base to take advantage of cost-effective services that include component repair and fuselage treatment. On this day, a line of planes is waiting to be overhauled.
