Rising sea levels along Ghana’s coastline are endangering significant heritage sites, including the historic Fort Prinzenstein. Environmental activist Joel Degue warns that if immediate action isn’t taken, these landmarks could be lost within decades, along with their historical and cultural value. James Ocloo Akorli, a tour guide at Fort Prinzenstein, shared his concerns, describing how the encroaching sea has already damaged parts of the fort.
