A six-legged robot dog, developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Lenovo, has completed tests in Antarctica, carrying up to 100kg while navigating icy terrain. These AI-powered robots are already inspecting power stations for anomalies and are being developed as potential companions for the elderly.
