Chinese scientists are quickly advancing humanoid robots to make their movements more human-like, with a robot at the Beijing Institute of Technology capable of jumping, running, and maintaining balance. At the Harbin Institute of Technology, researchers developed a highly sensitive robotic hand, while other universities focus on creating robots with facial expressions for future use in healthcare. The global humanoid robot market is expected to reach 38 billion U.S. dollars by 2035.
