In Ningbo City, China's largest oil refinery, ZEEC (Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company), is setting a benchmark for green development. Owned by Sinopec, ZEEC integrates environmentally friendly practices into its operations. The facility manages 10 million tons of wastewater annually, reusing it to achieve zero pollution and discharge. Additionally, ZEEC refines used cooking oil into biofuel for airplanes, utilizing self-developed equipment to enhance sustainability in its product lines.
