The southern hemisphere country, which experiences winter during the months of June, July, and August, is battling 10 hours of power cuts a day and could face longer hours without electricity. Eskom says it is doing everything it can to limit rotational load shedding, as the grid remains stretched with two major power stations out of commission over the coming months.
