Hard work, consistency, and patience pays. Comedian Mulamwah is a living testimony to this statement. In the course of the week, he posted on his Instagram account a video of him showing off cash that he claimed was seven hundred thousand Kenyan shillings in counting.

According to Mulamwah, the money would be used to buy his first piece of land. Overwhelmed, Mulamwah could not hide his excitement. He revealed that all that money came from comedy and urged young Kenyans to believe in what they do with or without support.

According to the comedian, if you set your mind right and go for what you want, you will achieve it. He urged everyone to move at their own pace and avoid unnecessary competition. Mulamwah also urged netizens to make sound financial decisions by investing wisely. According to him, a person should save the little they get because life is uncertain, and you might not know the next time you receive income.

Additionally, he tasked young Kenyans to avoid unnecessary expenditure in the name of having fun. He assured that if you invest money wisely, one day when you have a shortage, you will look at your investments and be proud of yourself.

This is not the first time Mulamwah is in the limelight because of flaunting money. A few months ago, the comedian showed of one hundred thousand Kenyan shillings that he was using to buy a motorcycle to add to his fleet. Mulamwah allegedly has a fleet of seven motorcycles that operate as taxis in Kitale, his hometown.

A lot of netizens came out to congratulate the comedian because of how far he has come, both career-wise and financially. As usual, some people criticized the move claiming that the entertainer is a show-off. Top of the list was the self-proclaimed chairman of the gospel industry, Ringtone Apoko, who bashed Mulamwah for flaunting his money, claiming he is a pure show-off.

“THIS GUY IS SHOW OF WHAT IM SPENDING IN 1 WEEK …I AM SORRY AND HAPPY FOR HIM.”
