Switch TV takes home Kuza 2019 Award

Switch TV, being a station that recently paved its way into the media industry, has made great impact on majority Kenyan youths.
It has exceeded the expectations of many, and has certainly earned its 2019 Kuza award.
The Great achievement - Kuza Award
Switch TV got nominated for the 3rd annual Kuza Broadcasting Awards, among many other media houses. The theme of the 2019 Kuza ceremony was ‘Reminiscing the Broadcasting Journey in Kenya (1924-2019)’.
The station emerged the Bronze winner under the Innovation Award Free to Air TV awarded by the Communications Authority of Kenya. It took 2nd place defeating all other nominated broadcasting stations.
The award celebrates entities that have embraced innovativeness, entities that think outside the box and bring new ideas in their programming.
Hard work pays
Switch Tv was started last year October under The Kenya Red Cross Society. It is a young, energetic, and dynamic channel that serves Africa's youth and turns young people into agents of change.
It comes out as a fun, artistic and youthful channel that educates and empowers the youth to solve humanitarian issues in Kenya, in Africa and the whole world.
The station has been equipped with new over the top technologies and has the best professionals from the industry.
