Life as Joyce Omondi
The introverted TV personality before this year had been off the screens for six years taking time to study, do her music and date as well.
She then embarked on her show Full Circle, focusing on genuine talks about health, personal development, relationships, faith and parenting.

She grew up as a tomboy, studied in the states and has got very, long beautiful healthy natural hair.
Growing up with white girls, Joyce had self-esteem issues that had to do with her appearance. She was all curvy when her counterparts were, well, slimmer and less curvy.
Joyce never wanted to be a singer. Her inspiration however came from her dad who was in and out of hospital. Upon leaving for the states to study, on her way to the airport, she had to bid her father goodbye, while he was about to undergo surgery.

Mwaura is not your typical kind of man. The guy went all in… all in to make sure Joyce Omondi bears the name Waihiga. Well, Joyce was not interested then.
He first saw her on TV and urged the brother, a youth pastor where Joyce fellowships, to hook him up. Waihiga then invited Joyce’s whole TV crew to his birthday party. Unfortunately, she never showed up!
Just after his failed plans, Joyce released her first song Conqueror. Waihiga saw an opportunity and started tweeting her publicly.
“You gotta love a bold man!... He was like, my new celebrity crush is Joyce Omondi”
Lucky man! she tweeted back one time and invited him over to her birthday party as well and why wouldn’t he come? They had a conversation from there and the rest, is history.
