When a relationship is new people tend be cautious. We sensor our words, our actions and work towards creating a positive image before our spouses. As the relationship grows we tend to become comfortable and our true nature reveals itself.  Once the relationship has officially kicked you start taking note of your significant other’s wrongs. The two of you snap back from the romance phase and reality checks in.

Arguments and fights may start becoming so very frequent. Choosing the right words whenever you want to communicate is important. A healthy relationship is important to the well-being of a person. Making sure that communication between you and your partner is healthy is key to having a healthy relationship. Choosing what to say, how to say it and when to say it is paramount.
