Kambua's come back

Celebrated gospel singer Kambua and her husband Pastor Jackson Mathu recently welcomed their first child. According to sources, the Rauka show host gave birth on 10th August 2019, to a bouncing baby boy, Nathaniel Muhoro Mathu.

Her pregnancy journey was not easy, in her words it was messy, hope-filled, scary, joyful, and just very complicated. Kambua has opened up about her pregnancy journey and the struggle she went through to carry her baby to term. She encouraged women waiting on God for a child to keep their trust in Him.

Mommy duties…

The elated mother of one has been off the screen for a few months taking care of her little bundle of joy. In her recent post, she moaned how time (maternity leave) flew by so fast.

Welcome back…

While catching up with her co-hosts Ken the DJ and Kawira Laura, Kambua was grateful and thanked the team for holding down the fort while she was away. There were more surprises in store for her when Holy Dave alongside Timeless Noel decided to surprise her with a cake written: Welcome Back Kambua on air. This was to commemorate her return and also mark her birthday which was a few days ago.

Mama Nate…

The mother of one took to social media to announce her comeback on TV which got her fans super excited. Kambua wrote,

I missed you so much. I feel absolutely excited. I hope sijasahau kazi. I’m so happy to be back.

You guys have been doing such a great job. My Sunday mornings were covered.

So happy to be back on #Rauka! TBH I wish I could just stay home a little longer with my Toto, but I have to do what is required of me right?  Thank you for all who tuned in, and thank you to the gospel Sunday family for the birthday love!

 #Mama Nate.
