TV siren Joyce Maina has revealed that she had a much healthier relationship with her ex-lover, renowned sport journalist Tony Kwalanda. Speaking on Switch TV Kenya’s Chatspot, the TV host talked about how unhealthy her previous relationships were before she met Tony who made her realize that healthy relationships exist. According to Joyce, Tony was different from any of her exes.

“I always get into debates, whether it is with a toxic partner or not, I do not miss the toxic relationships, the breaking up again getting back together? It was so exhausting. That is why I think being with Tony was so much a relief because the relationships before that, I was always like, 'now why are we breaking up today, then I would be blocked,' and I would wake up asking myself what is about to happen today.'' She spoke.

Joyce also mentioned that despite their arguments and debates which exist in every normal relationship, they could still talk and square things out like a mature couple.
