Even men need a skin care routine

In your late 20s and early 30s it is important to actively and consciously take care of your skin. While makeup can help you look younger, skin care should help you enhance your natural beauty and features. Your life style can also affect your skin’s health and state. People that take alcohol are likely to suffer from dry skin because it dehydrates the skin. People with oily skin are not exempted from dehydrated skin if the bottle is their best friend. You might ask, what then is the secret to a well hydrated skin? The answer is simple, water. Drinking water helps give your skin a moist natural glow. Always make sure you drink enough water and visit a nutritionist and dermatologist on the regular.

Another thing you should avoid is DIY facial products. Different products react differently on the various skin types and majority of the home remedies are not scientifically proven to be of help to the skin. Use products that have been recommended by a skin care expert for your specific skin type. Ensuring that you have a healthy skin care regime saves you money, time and boosts your confidence.
