Singer Ben Pol Files for A Divorce from Wife Anerlisa Muigai

Ben Pol and Anerlisa Muigai have been together for 11 months
Renowned Tanzanian musician Ben Pol has eventually affirmed his divorce from Anerlisa Muigai. The two have been married for 11 months now. The singer desires to be granted some privacy as the divorce process proceeds.
According to Ben Pol’s management, the singer’s divorce proceedings are ongoing and are yet to be completed at the Mwanzo Court in Dar es salaam.
“Ben Pol's divorce proceedings are ongoing. At this time, Ben Pol would like to confirm that his divorce proceedings are in progress at the primary court but have not yet been finalised. These proceedings are a very private matter and he will not discuss any details out of respect for all parties involved. He kindly asks that space and privacy be given to him and his family during these challenging times. He appreciate everyone's understanding and takes this opportunity to thank his family, his friends and his fans for their ongoing support” Ben Pol’s statement reads.
Ben Pol requested privacy during these trying times
Anerlisa Muigai recently made a trip to Tanzania regarding the divorce and affirmed that she had already appended her signature where necessary. She added that she intends to have her full attention directed to her career and her peace of mind.
“I would like to make it clear that I signed Whatever was needed to be signed and I do not wish to be associated with anyone. My focus right now is Career and My peace.
In May 2020, the two tied the knot in a private ceremony in Mbezi Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The reason as to why the singer filed for a divorce is not yet known.
